    • Lighting System Performance Data: The operational status, energy consumption data, brightness settings, color temperature, on/off times, and sensor data (e.g., occupancy or light sensors) of your connected smart lighting devices. This data is essential for the App's energy-saving and optimization features.
    • Location Information: If you authorize it, we may collect your precise or approximate location data to enable smart lighting controls and energy-saving suggestions based on your location (e.g., turning on lights automatically when you arrive home). You can disable this feature in your device settings at any time.
  • Information from Third Parties:
    • oWe may receive data about your lighting devices from third-party smart home platforms (e.g., Google Home, Amazon Alexa) if you authorize such integrations.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data primarily for the following purposes:
  • To Provide and Maintain App Services: To operate, manage, and improve the App's features, including remote lighting control, setting up automations, and providing energy-saving reports and recommendations.
  • To Personalize and Optimize Energy Savings: To analyze your lighting usage patterns and energy consumption data to provide customized energy-saving tips, automatically adjust lighting settings to maximize efficiency, and optimize the user experience.
  • To Manage Your Account and Provide Support: To administer your user account and provide customer support in response to your inquiries and requests.
  • To Communicate with You: To send you service-related notifications (e.g., updates, maintenance information) and, with your consent, marketing and promotional messages.
  • For Performance Analysis and Improvement: To anonymize or aggregate your data for analytical purposes, to identify trends, and to conduct research and development to improve the App's functionality and energy-saving algorithms.
  • For Security and Compliance: To protect our App, users, and third parties from fraud and illegal activities and to comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
